Parent & Child Classes

Registration has begun for our Fall 2013 session.  Classes are limited to 6 families.  

Parent & Child Playgroup classes bring together a community of parents and children for a morning or afternoon of bread-making, free play, circle games and songs, and nature activities. Grandparents and other caregivers are warmly welcome.  

Specific classes detailed below. 

Morning Glory

Peach Blossom is a playgroup for a parent with a child 3 to 9 months of age as of September. Each session runs for 10 weeks and meets weekly for 1 ½ hours. Cost is $150 per session due with registration.

Morning Glory for the Youngest Child is a playgroup for a parent with a child 10 months to 19 months of age as of September. Each session runs for up to 10 weeks and meets weekly for 1½ hours. Fee is $180 per session.

Morning Glory is a playgroup for a parent with an older child who is 20 months to 3½ years of age by September. Each session runs for up to 10 weeks and meets weekly for 2 hours. Fee is $280 per session.

Younger Siblings: Younger siblings are welcome to attend along with big brother or sister for an additional $25 fee. Babes in arms are welcome at no additional cost.

Bachelor's Button

Bachelor’s Button is a full year pre-nursery program for a parent and child 2½ to 3½ years of age by September. Non-mobile, babes-in-arms are welcome to attend with the parent for $25. Each session runs for up to 30 weeks and meets weekly for 2½ hours. Fee is $900 per year (includes initial deposit of $100, followed two equal payments on 7/1 and 12/1).

Schedule

We have a Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions for Peach Blossom, Morning Glory and Morning Glory for the Youngest Child classes (10 weeks each) as well as a full-year Bachelor's Button class. The schedule will coincide with the Cape Ann Waldorf School calendar.
