Waldorf Community Association
The Waldorf Community Association (WCA) at Cape Ann Waldorf School is an organization of parents, teachers, and others in the community wanting to support the school.
The Waldorf Community Association is led by volunteer parents and hosts four meetings during the school year in which community members can gather to share their joys, concerns, and ideas about the school and its events. These meetings are a great way to get to know other community members, and to work on projects or simply chat and catch up.
Meetings during the 2012-13 school year are below (meeting times from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.):
Thursday, October 11
Tuesday, December 11
Thursday, February 28
Wednesday, May 1
The Waldorf Community Association also seeks to enrich the CAWS experience by reaching out to other Waldorf schools and the entire North Shore community by offering such events as our esteemed Adult Speaker Series, public service talks (such as "Internet Safety"), used book sales, recycling events, summer picnic dinner meet-ups, and our annual Learning Conference.
The Learning Conference will be held in February 1 & 2, 2013. Please see details under Events.
